The following conditions are concluded between the company « Pure Love » registered to the Belgian Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under the number BE0729.834.730, and the persons willing to buy products on the Pure Love website purelove.brussels hereinafter identified as « the customer ».
2. General Terms and Conditions
These general conditions apply to all the sales of products presented on the www.purelove.brussels website. Any order placed must lead to validation of the general conditions below presents sales and thus leads to the acceptance of this contract.
3. Inventories and stocks
The inventory listed on the site is only informative. If a product is out of stock Pure Love commits itself to provide a new delivery time (depending on the specific delivery times of our providers) to the customer in case the ordered product must be reissued.
4. Contract Validation
This contract of sale is declared concluded only after the customer’s account has been debited by the payments collection service. In case of payment by bank transfer, this sales contract is considered concluded once the payment has been recorded on the Pure Love bank account.
5. Order and delivery process
To purchase a product, you simply click on the product of your choice and click on the « add to cart » button. To confirm your order, simply access your cart by clicking the corresponding button on the top-right corner of the Pure Love website and click on the « order » button. An order implies that the customer provides his address delivery and accurate billing, check the exact amount that will be invoiced including VAT price of each shirt and the price including VAT of postage, selects the mode of delivery and the method of payment and click on “Confirm order”.
Deliveries are made by the postal service « Mondial Relay » in the following list of countries: Austria, Belgium France, Germany Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and United-Kingdom.
Costs and postal services for delivery in other European or international countries may vary a lot, so please contact us at: [email protected] or by filling the form on our contact page if you want to order Pure Love products in a country not included in the list above.
6. Delivery deadlines
Regarding delivery deadlines, Pure Love undertakes to deliver the order to a carrier between 3 to 15 working days from the day the payment is validated by the financial institution that manages payments collection. Upon delivery, in case of loss, Pure Love agrees to make a refund only if and after the carrier has officially declared the loss of the ordered products. In order to secure all shipments, products are sent in our own customized and secured Pure Love shipping boxes.
7. Online secure payments methods
Pure Love does not accept crypto-currency as a payment method but accepts any other payment methods such as Paypal, credit and debit cards, etc. (énuméré liste). The data recorded by each of our payment systems constitute proof of carried out financial transactions. Payments systems and services do not transmit the payment information, except, if necessary, in cases of duly expressed claim of a particular transaction. The customer declares to have all the necessary authorizations for payment during the validation of his order. In case of suspicion of fraud, Pure Love reserves the right to initiate procedures for asking additional information to a customer such as proof of idea or receipts and, following this procedure, to cancel or suspend any order or delivery, even if a payment authorization was issued.
8. Withdrawal rights reserved to individuals and products return
Under the conditions provided by law and within the framework for distance selling activities, the customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of the delivery of his order to ask for a refund in exchange of the return of the ordered and delivered products. The customer must return the products in their original conditions to our company address. The customer will then be refunded within 30 days. Returns are free of charge for the customer. A request for a refund./return needs to be addressed at: [email protected] in order for Pure Love to send the required return label via email. If the product returned does not happen to be in the state it was before shipment, in its original shipping box and complete, and if the products were in any way worn, used or damaged, the refund will be refused. 9. Data Protection Act
Under the Data Protection Act, the customer has a right to access and rectify the data concerning him. Pure Love guarantees the customer a total respect of its stored confidential information. We undertake not to disclose any information that would allow third-parties to know the confidential data as defined in the Data Protection Act.
10. Maintenance Guidelines
The deterioration of a product carried out by the customer for not following basic maintenance instructions printed on the product’s dedicated labels, cannot be attributable to us and do not entitle the customer to ask for a possible claim.
11. Intellectual property
Our creations, such as projects, customizations, templates, sketches, interpretations and arrangements, fonts and pictures, always remain our exclusive property, both material and intellectual. A reproduction or imitation, in any form or by any means whatsoever, is strictly forbidden.
